Jake was the best son, grandson and brother we were and will always be proud of him. I cannot begin describe our loss. He also left behind his big sister Ira who misses him terribly.
Jake, I miss you so much I hope you are at peace and that the pain has left you. Play with your new friends and be with your Grandad Gordon untill we can all be together again. I long to hold you in my arms I will love you always my perfect little man. xxxx

Happy 3rd Birthday Jakey,
I know your birthday was yesterday but I just couldn't write anything.
We all miss you so much, Ira chose a cake for you and sang Happy Birthday then blew out your candles.
We had a coffee morning at Aunty Helena's on Saturday and it was a great success. Mon was Toddle Waddle for Men Trust again a great day, did you bring the good weather?
Nothing can make up for losing you but we will continue to try and help other families affected by this awlful bug.
I hope you can see all the lovely flowers on your special place, there is even a duck from Joyce and a balloon and Thomas from Megan. You are remembered by everyone.
You were so special and you will always live on in our hearts and minds.
