The thomas worthington Forever Fund
A much loved grandson that was adored by everyone. Thomas was born 9 weeks premature and passed away on the very day he should have arrived in this world. We are eternally grateful to the neonatal unit at Kings Mill Hospital, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, for all their help and support. We wish to offer our support to others that have suffered the same pain and anguish as did we, when he was taken from us so suddenly with very little warning.
