How to create your page

It is simple to create a page that is personal to your loved one.

Registering
The first thing you will need to do is register by clicking on 'Register' in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will need a valid email address to do this. Registering should only take a couple of minutes. You should receive an email to confirm your registration (if not, please check your junk e-mail or call us on 0117 303 3342). Please click on the link in this email to activate your account.

You will then be able to login at anytime by entering your login details (email and password) in the top right-hand corner of the page. When you are logged in, you will see a box welcoming you in the top right-corner of the page with the words 'logout'.

Setting up your Forever Fund
Once you are logged in, click 'Start a Forever Fund' to set up your fund. You will be guided through the process of setting up your fund in memory of your loved one. You will be asked to add a photograph and write something about your loved one, so you might like to think about this beforehand. You can change this at anytime and add extra photos in the photo gallery. You will also be given the option of creating a friends and family list so that you can let them know that you have set up your fund by email.



Adding to your fund
Once you have set up your fund, you can log in at anytime to add extra information or make changes. You can use the journal facility to write journal entries to share your thoughts and memories of your loved one. You can also upload up to 24 photos in the photo gallery. 

You and visitors to your fund are also able to make donations and leave a message at the same time. There is also the option to make a donation to light a virtual candle and leave a message. People can choose to make a donation with or without registering. Donations can be made using credit and debit cards.



Friends and Family Fundraising Pages
You and your friends and family can also set up separate fundraising pages in support of your loved one. For example, a friend might run a marathon or a family member might be getting married and ask for donations instead of presents. They can set up their own fundraising page by clicking on 'Raise money for this fund' and people can sponsor them or make donations through their page. A link to their page will then show in the right-hand column of your Forever Fund and all the money they raise through their fundraising page will be included in your Forever Fund's total.

Visitor's Book
In addition to all this, visitors to your page can also write in the Visitors' Book. You will be notified by email when someone has written an entry and you have the option (when logged in) to delete the entry if you do not feel it is appropriate for your page.
